The knife was heat treated at approximately 1950 deg F for 60 mins, followed by an Aluminum Plate quench, a one-hour cryo treatment and tempered with two 2hr cycles at 400 deg F. The Black Kydex sheath keeps the blade safe for storing in the kitchen drawer.
